Asta Kamma August ❋1991

Asta Kamma August is a Swedish-Danish actor working across film, television and theatre. She graduated from the Danish National School of Performing Arts in 2017 and was selected as a European Shooting Star at the Berlinale in 2023.

Her recent screen credits include Blackwater, Isabella Eklöf’s Kalak, Thomas Vinterberg’s Families Like Ours, and the Karlovy Vary selected feature The Hypnosis opposite Herbert Nordrum.

On stage, she has performed at the Royal Danish Theatre and Dramaten and is a core member of the Swedish theatre collective KonstAB.
