Simon Sears ✳1984

Simon Sears trained as a professional dancer before graduating from the Danish National School of Performing Arts in 2014. He won the Reumert Talent Award in 2016 for his performance in the Kaspar Colling Nielsen play At the End of the Day, We Are All Humans at Mammutteatret and has since built a substantial body of work across Danish and international film and television.

His television credits include Ride Upon the Storm (DR1, 2017–2018) opposite Lars Mikkelsen, the US Netflix fantasy series Shadow and Bone (2021) alongside recurring roles in Those Who Kill (Viaplay, 2023–2024) and Baby Fever (Netflix, 2022–2024). Recent work includes Secrets We Keep (Netflix, 2025), Smilla's Sense of Snow (Netflix, 2025) and Generations (DR, 2025) as well as the Amazon Prime series Snake Killer opposite Pilou Asbæk and the Golden Nymph-winning DR drama The Uniform, released in 2026.

Sears' upcoming projects include Brave New Love opposite Anders Daniel Lie, opening at Locarno Film Festival in 2026, and the feature Sirius, starring Mads Mikkelsen, premiering in 2027.
